Orders and Delivery

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed on Kanzana can be delivered on any day of the week, depending on the shipping service selected. We provide almost worldwide delivery using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. However, we cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and other countries which are labelled as places of wars, conflicts or danger zone and delivery services can not reach them.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Express delivery for most of Europe and the US: delivered within 2-3 days. Rest of the world: delivered within 4-7 days.

Standard delivery for selected countries: delivered within 5-7 days.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us of your wish to cancel within an hour from the time your order was placed using one of the methods set out below. Once you notify us, we will cancel and notify you via email of the confirmation.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

We'll send you an email with all the specifics after you've placed your order. Your order will be processed within two business days. You'll receive an email with the tracking number once your product has been shipped. 

It may take 3–7 business days for your package to arrive, depending on your region. We make every effort to deliver your package on schedule, however there may be delays due to customs clearance or missed payments.

What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?

With FedEx, UPS, and DHL, depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 2-3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order. All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package. In case an order is not picked up, the item is returned to us and we deduct 50$ from the refund
